How to use skin care products?

I have some skin care products but I don't know them. Its from aqua care... Toner, emlusion and gel cream. I research on it and they just say use one after another but use which one first? And how to use them? All ans appreciated :D sry I am a noob at all the beauty products.

The toner is usually for cleaning your face if you have oily complexion
and it always comes first. The emulsion and gel cream is for moisturizing
the face and keeping it fresh afterwards. This is usually my morning
regime after I wake up.
